These records will be scrutinized for compliance with actual data and the legality of obtaining specific diagnoses that allowed for deferment or exemption from military service.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Large-scale corruption schemes have been uncovered, involving officials of various institutions. These institutions aided citizens in obtaining disability status or declaring them unfit for service in exchange for payment.
