Sources describe him as the person responsible for the mistreatment of mobilized men who refuse to carry out orders.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"447\" data-end=\"685\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">It is also reported that a mass grave has been set up on the regiment\u2019s training ground, where those who refuse orders are buried.
