Russia’s representative at the UN ruled out a repeat of the Minsk Agreements scenario and a freeze of the war

There will be no repetition of the scenario involving the Minsk agreements and freezing the front line.

This was stated by Russia’s Permanent Representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya.

Nebenzya also ruled out Ukraine’s entry into NATO.

All objectives of Russia’s war in Ukraine remain in place, he added.

Earlier, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said that the West is ready to negotiate over Ukraine on a “draw” basis.

However, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov responded that the Istanbul Agreement draft, which has already been rejected, was essentially a “draw.”

Additionally, Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić recently stated that Putin “will not stop until he fulfills” all of his invasion goals.
