‘She calls 40 times a day’: Lviv court sends a woman to work who has been demanding sex from a married man for a year and a half

The Lviv District Court has sentenced a local resident, Marta Lopushanska, to 60 hours of community service for harassing an acquaintance with demands for sexual activity.

According to a court resolution issued in October 2023, in late September, Lopushanska went to a business center where her acquaintance worked and demanded sexual involvement with the man. The man called the police and explained that the 27-year-old woman may have psychological issues as she had been pursuing him for a year and a half, persistently demanding intimacy.

On September 26, according to the man, the woman intruded into his workplace and insisted on having sex with her. She refused to leave the office and prevented him from leaving the business center in his car.

The man further revealed that Lopushanska called him from different phone numbers daily (approximately 40 times a day), pursued him for about a year and a half, and propositioned him for sexual activities. He also mentioned that her behavior had caused problems in his family since he is married.

Regarding Marta Lopushanska, the police have filed a report for an administrative offense, specifically, minor hooliganism.
