Shklyoda: Ukrainians mobilized immediately after crossing the border in Volyn

The human rights ombudsperson of Volyn Oblast, Kateryna Shklyoda, has stated that the region practices the immediate mobilization of citizens directly after they cross the state border.

According to her, such incidents are being recorded on the humanitarian route Mokrany–Domanovo, which serves as the main route for Ukrainians returning to the country.

Shklyoda also noted that many of those returning have not yet completed the military registration procedure at the time of their mobilization.
