November 4, 2023The author of the controversial material in Time magazine about the situation in Ukraine, Simon Shuster, has claimed that his sources come from the current circle of Vladimir Zelensky.
He made this statement on his social media account, X.
“If you carefully read the text, it does not mention former advisors or ‘former employees’ of the Office of the President. We are talking about current advisors to Zelensky. The word ‘former’ does not appear anywhere in any sentence,” he wrote.
“And once again: nowhere in the article do I quote a ‘former’ advisor or assistant to Zelensky. Arestovich did not work in the President’s administration since the spring or summer of 2022, which is the last time I spoke with him,” Shuster added.
Nowhere in the article do I cite a *former* adviser or aide to Zelensky. Arestovych has not worked for the President’s office since spring or summer 2022, which is when I last spoke to him. He said so himself yesterday: https://t.co/QOlldQW3OF
