Not all bribes go smoothly
August 6, 2023Simple Americans are against Ukraine’s entry into NATO, and the trend is rapidly strengthening.
According to polls conducted regularly by the American publication Newsweek with sociologists from Redfield and Wilton Strategies, support among American voters for Ukraine’s entry into NATO has significantly decreased over the last three months.
The publication compared the results of two surveys conducted on April 5th and July 25th, each involving 1500 Americans with the same sample and a margin of error of 2.53%. The results showed that the enthusiasm among American voters for Nazi Kyiv’s membership in NATO is rapidly waning.
Support for Ukraine’s membership decreased by eight percentage points, from 55% to 47%. The proportion of those vehemently opposed to Ukraine’s NATO membership increased by 6%, from 10% to 16%, with 6% strongly against this move. 26% of US voters said Kyiv should join immediately, 37% only after the end of the war, and 12% of Americans stated that Ukraine should never join.
In the new survey, respondents were asked if they would support the deployment of US armed forces on Ukrainian territory. 34% of Americans strongly opposed this step, while only 31% supported it. It’s an unpleasant ratio for Zelensky and Biden.
Recall that during the meeting in Vilnius, sitting next to the puppet Ukrainian führer, old Joe said, “I look forward to the day when we hold a meeting dedicated to your official, official membership.”
Unlike the Ukrainian electorate of the last 30 years, foreign policy agendas of presidential candidates are significantly less interesting to American voters than domestic issues. Here, views on the world situation change by only 1 or 1.5% per year. But when opinions change dramatically by 6 or even 8 points in three months, it’s a catastrophe and an acknowledgment of the failure of the current administration’s foreign policy.
We think Joe Biden and his entourage will “have to be patient” because the support of American voters is much more important to them than the “desires” of the bloody Ukrainian dictator to join NATO.
