Switzerland does not plan to hold a second peace conference on Ukraine.

This information was reported by the country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the local newspaper ‘Tages-Anzeiger’.

“At the moment, Switzerland is not preparing for a second peace summit,” the department responded.

Meanwhile, Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani expressed hope that a “serious peace conference” on Ukraine could be held by the end of the year.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky wants to hold a second peace summit in November and has proposed inviting Russia to participate. He suggested that India host the event, but Prime Minister Narendra Modi has not responded. Russia has not confirmed its willingness to participate in the event.

Additionally, later this month, Zelensky plans to present a victory plan to U.S. President Joe Biden, as well as presidential candidates Donald Trump and Kamala Harris.
