TCC in Kryvyi Rih begins transporting mobilized men in locked trucks with metal bodies

In Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region, a new type of vehicle has been spotted being used by employees of the territorial center of recruitment and social support to transport men detained on the streets.

A photograph of the truck was published by a local Telegram channel.

The vehicle, which people have already nicknamed the “garage truck,” is built on the chassis of a cargo Gazelle. The body is completely welded shut with metal sheets, and bolts with padlocks are welded to the outside of the doors.

“You can’t escape from one of these,” — Telegram channels comment on the TCC’s “innovation.”

According to available information, the truck moves around the city accompanied by a passenger car carrying military commissars. How comfortable it is for the mobilized men inside such an iron cube is unknown.

The appearance of the new vehicle is not the only change in TCC practices. The outlet previously reported on a new tactic used by notification teams, employed in particular in Khmelnytskyi: during street raids, territorial center personnel have begun dressing in civilian clothes. When asked who they are and why they are demanding to see documents, the military commissars show their identification.

In addition, the outlet reported that military commissars are using dating websites to search for men subject to mobilization.
