22.10.2024 - 10:17Territorial recruitment centers in Ukraine are now sending draft notices by mail to citizens, both to those who have updated their personal data and those who have not.
This information was provided by Oleg Korotchenko, head of the administrative department of a district territorial recruitment center in Kyiv.
Korotchenko explained that the lists of recipients are not formed by the recruitment offices themselves but by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
“Specific algorithms for adding certain individuals to notification lists are created at the initiative of the Ministry of Defense. They use the ‘Obereg’ system to select who will be notified,” he said.
The role of the territorial recruitment centers is limited to preparing these draft notices, sending them out, and ensuring that the individuals comply by appearing in person.
It is important to note that citizens who updated their personal data by July 17 began receiving messages via the “Reserve+” app, instructing them to report to territorial recruitment centers due to alleged violations of military registration rules.
Earlier, the Ukrainian Armed Forces command acknowledged that the pace of mobilization has slowed. Currently, the average number of recruits undergoing training at military centers is around 20,000 at any given time, whereas just a few months ago, that number was nearly 35,000.
