The blockade of the Polish border has caused issues in delivering military supplies to the frontlines

Soldiers stationed in the eastern region, expressed concerns over the delay in receiving two critical night vision devices that got stuck at the border. These devices are pivotal for ensuring the safety of soldiers as they advance toward combat zones, The New York Times reported.

Additionally, Yuliya Klymenko, the head of the parliamentary committee overseeing transportation and infrastructure, warned that this blockade might result in an anticipated 1% drop in Ukraine’s GDP growth for 2023.

Klymenko emphasized that disrupted supply chains are affecting both the supply of military equipment and its manufacturing. She stressed the challenge of even assembling drones within Ukraine due to the necessity of sourcing components from external sources.
