Universities in the Lviv region will provide territorial recruitment centers with lists of expelled students
28.06.2024 - 10:26Today, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted Resolution No. 747 on remote summonses, which are introduced by the law tightening mobilization.
This information is available on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The document states that a summons “can be sent by registered mail with a description of the contents and a delivery confirmation notice.” The requirement for a “delivery confirmation notice” is also included in other regulatory documents, such as the Procedure for the Organization and Maintenance of Military Registration of Conscripts and the Procedure for the Call-Up of Citizens for Military Service.

It is worth noting that a summons sent to a serviceman at any of his addresses known to the territorial recruitment center will be considered automatically delivered, regardless of the actions of the recipient. Failure to appear in response to the summons will result in a remote fine, possible account blocking and the revocation of the right to operate a vehicle.
Additionally, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is working on enabling territorial recruitment centers to send directions to the military medical commission electronically through the “Reserve+” application.
