The case of the military commissar, who seized four trucks and a minibus from the enterprise, was referred to court

The case of the Zaporizhzhia military commissar, who unjustifiably confiscated non-mobilizable vehicles from a company worth 11 million hryvnias (259,654 euros), has been transferred to court.

This was reported by the State Bureau of Investigations of Ukraine.

At the onset of the war, in March 2022, the military commissar, accompanied by armed individuals, arrived at a car park and took away all the vehicles for which the drivers had left their keys – four trucks and a minibus.

This car park was located outside the territorial jurisdiction of the military commissariat. The military commissar had no documents either.

Earlier, we reported that military commissars would be on duty at checkpoints in the Lviv region alongside the police.

As a reminder, as emphasized by the territorial drafting centers, all men must undergo a medical examination again by July 18.
