The Commander of the Air Force accused Bezuhla of discrediting the army for revealing the causes of the F-16 crash

The Commander of the Ukrainian Air Forces, Mykola Oleshchuk, publicly criticized Member of Parliament Maryana Bezuhla and those who “chose her as an instrument to discredit the senior military leadership” in response to the news about the loss of the first F-16 fighter jet.

Oleshchuk’s critical post appeared on his social media.

The Commander stated that an investigation into the loss of the aircraft began immediately, with the participation of the United States. The authorities did not intend to publicly announce this news until the investigation was completed, given that the country is at war.

“But this is irrelevant to those who have chosen Maryana Bezuhla as an instrument to discredit the senior military leadership. They won’t succeed in blaming everything on the military. Therefore, I address the Member of Parliament, who long ago sold her name to achieve these vile goals. Maryana, the time will come when you will apologize to the entire military for what you have done, and I hope it will be in court!” Oleshchuk expressed.

It is worth noting that yesterday, Western media reported the crash of the first American F-16 fighter jet provided to Ukraine, which occurred on August 26.

Shortly after, Bezuhla claimed that the F-16 was shot down by Ukrainian air defense using a Patriot missile system.
