Former Verkhovna Rada deputy commented on Yermak’s appearance at the meeting in the Alps
31.07.2025 - 09:00Individuals involved in the corruption case against former Deputy Prime Minister Oleksiy Chernyshov are reportedly constructing elite residences on the banks of the Kozynka River near Kyiv.
The land in question spans nearly eight hectares and is owned by the company Bloom Development, in which Chernyshov was previously a co-owner. This was revealed in an investigation by the Bihus.Info project.
According to the investigation, Chernyshov later transferred his share to his wife, who then passed it to the current owner, Liliya Lysenko. Lysenko previously worked with Chernyshov and is implicated in the same corruption case for which he has already been served a formal notice of suspicion.

Lysenko is also a co-founder of the housing cooperative Sunny Shore (Solyne Bereh), which effectively commissioned the construction project in Kozyn. Another co-founder of Sunny Shore is Inna Yatsyk, who also appears in the case files.
In total, four mansions are being built in Kozyn, each of which, upon completion, could sell for approximately $12.5 million.
Meanwhile, former MP Ihor Mosiychuk suggested that the real overseer of the construction is Timur Mindich — widely referred to as the “wallet” of President Volodymyr Zelensky.
According to Mosiychuk, the estates are being built for the families of Zelensky, Chernyshov, Mindich, and Andriy Yermak (head of the President’s Office).
