‘We were hostages’: a paramedic in Odesa explained what preceded the fight with the military commissars
11.06.2024 - 19:09The girlfriend of Ukraine’s Deputy Prosecutor General, Dmytro Verbytskyi, Kristina Ilnytska, has acquired a mansion worth 48 million hryvnias (about 1,104,144 euros) in Kyiv and a Porsche worth $100,000.
This was reported by journalists from the Schemes program.
Journalists discovered that most mentions of Ilnytska online describe her as a specialist in yacht rental and sales. Despite numerous videos showing her on luxury yachts, her official income is modest. However, this did not prevent her from acquiring elite property.
Evidence of Ilnytska’s relationship with the officially divorced Verbytskyi includes various facts—she posts photos on social media of her spending time with him and her son, and surveillance cameras have repeatedly recorded Verbytskyi and Ilnytska moving around the city together in a new Porsche.

According to journalists, around the same time Ilnytska began featuring Verbytskyi on social media, her financial situation significantly improved. Specifically, in May of this year, she purchased a house in the elite Konik cottage community in Kyiv, with a market value of $1.2 million. However, according to the contract, which journalists have, she paid 24 times less, suggesting possible tax evasion. Verbytskyi himself rents a townhouse in the same community.
Additionally, in February 2024, Ilnytska acquired a 2023 Porsche Macan T worth $100,000. According to data from the Safe City road traffic photo-fixation system for April and May of this year, Verbytskyi rides with Ilnytska in the Porsche—sometimes as a driver, sometimes as a passenger. They were also together in this Porsche on the day the 48 million hryvnia house was purchased.
Judging by Ilnytska’s social media posts, she also became the owner of a beauty salon in Kyiv, which she hints was a gift.

Ilnytska did not have sufficient official funds to acquire all this property. Her total declared income to the state over the past decade was just over 360,000 hryvnias (about 8,281 euros).
Commenting on the situation, Verbytskyi stated that he has known Ilnytska since the end of 2022, and their “relationship is not of a family nature.”
“I did not participate in any assistance in her property acquisitions. Therefore, you should address these questions to Kristina,” he said.
According to him, he does not use the car “in the understanding of the Law on Corruption Prevention, but merely drove it a few times with the owner.”

Kristina Ilnytska sent written responses to journalists’ questions.
“I have known Dmytro since around the end of 2022, and the relationship was friendly. As for our relationship today—it is personal, and I am not ready to comment on it. At this stage, the relationship is not of a family nature. Regarding the purchase of the house, cars, and other properties I have bought and will buy in the near future, men do not participate. Currently, I live in the house with my son and mother,” she said.
When asked about her income, Ilnytska said that she is not currently earning, but she has money—from former husbands and an unnamed boyfriend with whom she was involved in the yacht business and who allegedly left her several assets after their breakup.
“After he left, he left a will for me, as well as jewelry, cars, a yacht he gave me named after me, watches, and more. Therefore, I have enough money to buy myself a house and more,” Ilnytska wrote.
From what journalists found in open sources—around 2021, she published photos and videos with businessman Oleg Solodukhov. At the same time, in 2021, Solodukhov went to Russia, obtained citizenship there, and registered as an entrepreneur. According to him, he did not leave her a significant portion of assets.
Journalists also identified another man—Yuriy Vasylyevich Pryimak, at whose firm Ilnytska received a salary. He passed away in 2020. Ilnytska did not answer whether she received money from him.
The widow of the late businessman Yuriy Pryimak confirmed to journalists that he had made a will for Ilnytska but later revoked it.
“He revoked it. He wrote it, then canceled it. She inherited nothing legally. None of his property was transferred to her according to the documents,” reported Pryimak’s former wife Natalia.
Ilnytska also wrote to journalists:
“If I hear slander against me, I will take action against your publication and specifically against you.”
