10.02.2026 16:03In her 2025 asset declaration, the head of the Oleshky City Military Administration, Tetiana Hasanenko, reported a million-hryvnia salary, several real estate properties, and foreign-currency savings.
This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations, citing the official’s declaration dated February 7, 2026.
According to the document, Tetiana Hasanenko continues to perform her duties as head of the Oleshky City Military Administration of the Kherson District. She is registered in Oleshky, Kherson Region, but actually lives in Mykolaiv.
The official owns a residential house of 82.7 square meters and a land plot of 2,500 square meters in the village of Novovasylivka, Henichesk District. She also declared a warehouse with an area of more than 106 square meters and another land plot of 337 square meters in the same village, which she purchased for 5,100 hryvnias (100 euros). In 2020, Hasanenko acquired ownership of an apartment in Lviv with an area of 67.5 square meters; its declared value is more than 1.1 million hryvnias (21.5 thousand euros).
The official’s husband, Vitalii Hasanenko, owns several land plots in Kherson Region, as well as two non-residential premises—a shop and a shop-café—in Novovasylivka.
Among vehicles, the official listed a 2006 Chevrolet Lacetti purchased in 2009 for 86.5 thousand hryvnias (almost 1,700 euros), and a 2014 Volkswagen Tiguan bought in May 2024 for 100 thousand hryvnias (almost 2,000 euros).
For 2025, the declarant received 1.2 million hryvnias in salary from the Oleshky City Military Administration. The declaration also includes income in the form of bank bonuses and cashback. She declared $10,000 in cash, while her husband keeps another $20,000.
The declaration contains no corporate rights, securities, intangible assets, or unfinished construction projects.
Tetiana Hasanenko was appointed head of the Oleshky City Military Administration on January 2, 2023, by an order of the President of Ukraine. Before that, she worked as the first deputy mayor of Oleshky under Yevhen Rishchuk.
Last year, the official earned 997.4 thousand hryvnias (19.5 thousand euros) and received 189 hryvnias (3.7 euros) in bank bonuses. She did not report her husband’s income, but noted that he saved $20,000. The official herself saved $5,000. As can be seen, over the year the foreign-currency savings increased.
