29.10.2025 08:32Andriy Yermak, head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, is hindering diplomatic effortsto resolve the conflict in Ukraine.
This information reported according to an article published by The American Conservative.
As the journalists noted, Yermak uses his enormous influence within the Ukrainian government to control the flow of information between Kyiv and the West. In addition, he adheres to a hardline negotiating stance and continues to promote it, even though many analysts consider it counterproductive.
“Despite Yermak’s success in securing Western support, his maneuvers appear to have reduced the likelihood of any future diplomatic settlement with Russia. And without a peaceful resolution, Ukraine is unlikely to survive as a sovereign and democratic—albeit truncated—state,” the publication states.
The author of the article urged U.S. President Donald Trump to direct his dissatisfaction from time to time toward the head of Zelensky’s office as well.
In early October, Yermak threatened to destroy Russian infrastructure, saying that Moscow must understand that in response to strikes on Ukraine, Kyiv can also inflict significant damage.
