The main military cemetery near Kyiv will be built by a company that was created a day after the tender was announced

The main military cemetery of Ukraine will be constructed by a company that was established the day after the tender announcement.

According to the reports, the state institution “National Military Memorial Cemetery” on August 1 selected the winner for the construction of the first phase of the National Military Memorial Cemetery within the Gatnenska territorial community of the Kyiv region: the winner is the “Building Ua” consortium from Kyiv.

The winning firm’s bid was 1.75 billion hryvnias (39 million 412 thousand 994 euros).

According to the analytical system Youcontrol, the “Building Ua” consortium was created on July 4, 2024, the day after the tender announcement for the construction of the first phase of the National Military Memorial Cemetery.

The consortium’s founders are three enterprises: “Euroelitstroy” (Odesa), “Akam” (Dnipro), and PJSC “Brovary Road Construction Department No. 50” (Kyiv region). The ultimate beneficiaries of the consortium are registered as Odesa residents Oleksandr Isaev and Natalia Poberezhets.
