According to the study, as of July 2023, 78% of respondents believe that the President of Ukraine bears direct responsibility for corruption within the government and military administrations. Only 18% of those surveyed disagree with this statement.
It is noted that older Ukrainians were more critical of the President than younger people. Among respondents aged 18 to 29, 70% agree with the thesis that the head of state is responsible for corruption, while among people over 60 years old, the proportion of those with critical views increases to 81%. There were no other significant differences based on income or region of residence.
