The Members of the Verkhovna Rada are attempting a mass exodus but they are being prevented

Arakhamia said that although many members of parliament express a desire to step down from their positions earlier, the current plan is for them to fulfill their terms until the current session of Verkhovna Rada concludes.

He mentioned that there’s a notable number of MPs wishing to resign, but the present stance is to discourage early resignations, emphasizing that they should serve until the end of the current term to legislate essential laws for the country.

Regarding the parliament’s size, Arakhamia stressed the potential impact of reducing its members, suggesting the need to streamline operations and possibly decrease the minimum number of MPs within groups to maintain a similar structural framework until the next session.
