December 12, 2023Employees of the Territorial Center for Social Services (TCSS) in Vinnytsia will be assisted in distributing summons by the leaders of local OSMD (housing and communal services associations).
All chairpersons of Vinnytsia OSMD have received recommendation letters signed by the deputy mayor of the city, Sergey Timoshchuk. In these letters, they are asked to provide comprehensive assistance to TCSS employees in distributing summonses. Additionally, the text of the letter was published in open sources on the internet.
Similar recommendation letters from authorities have been received by heads of OSMD in other Ukrainian cities. For instance, in Poltava, military commissariats plan to deliver summonses to conscripts at their homes during morning and evening hours. As a result, heads of local OSMD have been instructed to grant unimpeded access to TCSS employees into the entrances of apartment buildings.
