27.03.2026 06:04The Vasylkiv City District Court has ordered the Obukhiv police to begin investigating the mobilization of Maksym Bohdanovych, the owner of Kyiv’s Nebos restaurant, who became known for ignoring COVID restrictions at his establishment.
This was reported to journalists by his wife, Iryna Bohdanovych.
As is known, police detained Bohdanovych on March 17 in Kyiv region and transferred him to a Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support in Kyiv.

He is currently in one of the military units in Cherkasy region, where, according to his wife, he is being pressured to voluntarily sign documents agreeing to be sent to the front.
His wife also stated that force was used against Bohdanovych, which is why he called an ambulance. However, he was allegedly denied medical assistance.
Earlier, a resident of Dnipro said that military enlistment officers had abducted her husband, who suffers from concussion-related injuries and epilepsy. Before that, in Dnipro, employees of a territorial recruitment center were reported to have beaten a woman and even tried to rob her.
