March 20, 2024The Pentagon has launched a website where individuals can report corruption or violations in the distribution of aid to Ukraine.
The resource is “intended to provide the public with more information on how US authorities oversee the allocation of military assistance to Ukraine.”
The website is called “Ukraine Oversight,” as mentioned.
This is reported by The Hill.
The Pentagon’s Inspector General stated that the website, called “Ukraine Oversight,” contains information on the work of more than 20 US agencies that ensure the targeted use of aid to Kyiv.
The site also provides contact information for those wishing to report any abuses with American military aid or its misappropriation.
The Hill publication noted that Republicans have long been questioning the transparency of the use of multi-billion-dollar aid to Ukraine, but relevant government agencies have not found any signs that the allocated funds and equipment were used improperly.
