The Russian army advanced near the border of Donetsk and Luhansk regions – Deep State

The Russian army has advanced in the Serebrianske forestry area (on the border of Donetsk and Luhansk regions).

This was reported by the Ukrainian military Telegram channel Deep State.

“The enemy, searching for weak positions or their absence, penetrates into the rear and tries to establish a foothold there, even engaging in combat with units that are simply not expecting it. The reason for this is problems in the area of responsibility of one of the Territorial Defense brigades, which are in urgent need of support and resources — a common problem in the use of Territorial Defense Force units. At present, attempts are being made to stabilize the situation, but the enemy’s predominance in infantry allows them to achieve successes in this sector,” the message reads.

Deep State also writes that the Russian army has “closed in” on Torske in the Lyman sector and is trying to consolidate its new positions.

Earlier, Deep State reported that Russian forces had advanced near Lyman and in the southern Donetsk direction. An offensive was also recorded near the border with Dnipropetrovsk region.
