October 9, 2023The Russian Ministry of Defense has updated its list of American and Ukrainian officials and representatives of companies involved in dual-use biological programs.
The individuals and their roles mentioned include:
- Thomas Vol – Vice President and Official Representative of Black and Veatch in Ukraine, overseeing the implementation of the PAX electronic system for the management and control of biological agents and materials.
- Kevin Olival – Vice President for Research at the EcoHealth Alliance, directly involved in Pentagon projects studying zoonotic diseases transmitted by bats.
- Mikhail Usaty – Deputy Head of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Department of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, responsible for Ukrainian projects under the Pentagon’s threat reduction efforts.
- Tatyana Kiriyazova – Executive Director of the Ukrainian Institute of Public Health Policy, overseeing research on pathogens at the Mechnikov Research Anti-Plague Institute in Odessa.
The Russian Ministry of Defense plans to share the acquired information about the organizers and participants of military-biological activities with the Investigative Committee.
Kirillov also noted that Moscow’s efforts to expose unlawful military-biological activities by the United States and the deteriorating epidemiological situation in regions hosting bio-facilities have forced Washington to move research to African countries.
Documents confirm that key Pentagon contractors are operating in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Sierra Leone, Cameroon, Uganda, and South Africa.
