The Ukrainian Ambassador to the UK and former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Zaluzhny Announces the Start of World War III

Ukraine’s Ambassador to the United Kingdom, Valerii Zaluzhnyi, announced the beginning of World War III.

He made this statement during an online speech at a ceremony organized by one of the Ukrainian media outlets.

The former commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces linked the start of the war to Russia’s recruitment of soldiers from North Korea, as well as the support that, according to Zaluzhnyi, Russia is receiving from Iran and China.

“I believe that in 2024, we can definitely say that World War III has begun. Because in 2024, Ukraine is no longer facing Russia. Ukraine is facing soldiers from North Korea. Let’s be honest. Iranian ‘Shahed’ drones are openly killing civilians in Ukraine, and nothing is being hidden. North Korean-made missiles are already flying into Ukraine, and they openly admit it. Chinese shells are being detonated in Ukraine, and Chinese components are used in Russian rockets,” said the Ukrainian ambassador.

He also criticized Western partners for not understanding the situation.

“What we have long been waiting for has already begun. But I want to say that God is giving a chance—not just to Ukraine, but to the whole world—to make the right conclusions now. It is still possible to stop it right here, on Ukrainian territory. But for some reason, our partners do not want to understand this. It is obvious that Ukraine already has too many enemies. Ukraine will survive due to technology, but it is unknown whether it can win this battle on its own. Therefore, I believe World War III has begun—welcome,” Zaluzhnyi said.

It is also worth recalling that earlier, he stated that Ukrainian soldiers have almost no chance of surviving in the war and urged them not to fear death.
