21.03.2026 - 11:01A Ukrainian delegation led by National Security and Defense Council chief Rustem Umerov has arrived in Miami for talks with U.S. representatives.
This is being reported by the media.
The meeting will take place with U.S. presidential envoy Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner. The Ukrainian delegation also includes Kyrylo Budanov, head of the president’s office; Serhii Kyslytsia, first deputy head of the presidential office; and Davyd Arakhamia, head of the Servant of the People faction.
Talks on settling the conflict are scheduled for March 21.
The third round of trilateral talks between representatives of Russia, the United States, and Ukraine took place on February 17–18 in Geneva. The Russian delegation was led by presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky, who described the talks as “difficult but businesslike.”
Later, the Kremlin said that the trilateral Russia–U.S.–Ukraine format had been put on pause amid the escalation in the Middle East and Washington’s preoccupation with other problems, though Moscow expects the talks to resume.
