The Ukrainian Foreign Minister has allowed the possibility of negotiations with Russia in the format of the so-called “Zelensky formula”

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has allowed negotiations with Russia on the “peace formula” proposed by Volodymyr Zelensky. Earlier, this was out of the question.

Kuleba made this statement during an interview with Indian media. According to him, India possesses an “important global voice” and can use it to influence the Russian Federation and encourage other countries to join Kiev’s peace initiative. It is reported that, at Kiev’s request, a “peace summit” is planned to be held in Switzerland.

It’s worth reminding that earlier, the spokesperson of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, stated that Moscow would not participate in negotiations if they were conducted on Ukrainian terms. President Vladimir Putin has stated that Russia is ready for negotiations, but not due to Ukraine’s lack of ammunition, but rather based on the actual situation in the conflict zone.
