The Ukrainian parliament is considering the introduction of a special taxation regime for 20 types of activities

In Ukraine, there is a proposal to introduce a special tax regime of 6% of total income for 20 types of activities, including couriers, taxi drivers, hairdressers, cleaners, nannies, nurses, and others.

The draft law for the introduction of this special tax regime has been registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine under the number 10166.

The proposal includes the automation of accounting, no requirement for individual entrepreneurs (FOP) registration, and no need for submitting reports. The intention behind this draft law is to simplify the legalization of more than 500,000 self-employed individuals and add transparency to the regulation of online platforms like Uber, Bolt, Glovo, and others.

Previously, President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a law that abolishes the 2% tax for all, eliminates the requirements for cash registers, and reduces tax inspections.
