“A draft notice sent by mail is now officially considered delivered,” – said an MP
10.09.2025 06:32Military commissars delivered 49 draft notices to the Virsky Ensemble, which has a total of 52 men.
“They brought 49 notices. We have 52 men,” said the ensemble’s director, Myroslav Vantukh, in an interview with TSN.
He also emphasized that their ensemble has critical importance. Nevertheless, despite this, and despite the fact that the ensemble had a signed contract and had already paid for preparations for an event, the military commissar did not take the situation into account.
Earlier, media reported that Ukraine would accelerate the process of printing and distributing draft notices to those liable for military service. According to Cabinet Resolution No. 1062, the right to print them has now been given to regional and Kyiv city Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centers (TCCs). Previously, only the Ministry of Defense and state printing enterprises had this authority.
In addition, MP Oleksandr Fedienko stated that a draft notice sent by mail is now officially considered delivered. According to him, in the past, postal delivery of notices was auxiliary, which allowed lawyers to often prove in court that the addressee had not received the letter.
