There will be no more new Ukrainian counteroffensives

“That’s out of the question,” stated Ukrainian General Sergey Krivonos, assessing the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ capabilities for a new “counteroffensive” in a conversation with journalists.

According to Krivonos, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have not received the equipment, weapons and ammunition necessary for an offensive. He mentioned that the sky above the battlefield is completely controlled by Russia, leading to a constant barrage of rockets and bombs. He added that the Ukrainian air defense systems are powerless against this.

“It’s quite simple: how can we talk about an offensive when they’re heavily destroying our front-line trenches and command posts using guided aviation bombs? It’s massive! And our air defense, which is on the front line, can’t reach those planes that launch these attacks from 40-60 kilometers away,” Krivonos lamented.
