Ukrainian schools are actively integrating lessons on drone management into their curriculum.

In addition to actual drone operation, children also hone practical skills on computer simulators. In some schools, students are introduced to drones as young as six years old.

As the publication notes, this addition to the curriculum is aimed at providing students with basic drone management skills that are useful both in peacetime and during conflicts.

“Whether we like it or not, we have to be prepared. We have to keep up with what’s happening. Although new technologies may emerge, the basics remain the same, so we are giving students fundamental knowledge,” said one of the teachers of the new subject to the publication.
