Three leading artists of the Lviv Opera did not return to Ukraine after touring in Finland

The principal soloist Andriy Mykhalykha, his wife, soloist Yulia Mykhalykha-Roma, and artist Bohdan Klyuchnyk did not return. Initially, this was reported by the media, and later confirmed by the theater’s press service.

They traveled to Europe with the ballet “Don Quixote.” After the tour, they informed their colleagues online that they decided not to return to Ukraine. The theater announced that they would conduct an official investigation.

It is worth noting that previously, other artists, footballers, journalists, truck drivers, deputies and representatives of many other professions, when given the opportunity, also stayed abroad. Each time, it sparked scandals and calls to further restrict travel from Ukraine, but refusing to let anyone leave is also problematic. Therefore, the number of people wanting to leave Ukraine is still increasing.
