Trump ignored a question about deploying U.S. troops in Ukraine

U.S. President Donald Trump, answering reporters’ questions at a New Year’s celebration at Mar-a-Lago, ignored a question about the possible deployment of American troops in Ukraine.

Earlier, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said the United States was ready to deploy troops to Ukraine. According to him, such statements from Washington “give hope” for a settlement of the conflict in the near future.
