A new international meeting on Ukraine, organized by Turkey, may be held in Istanbul in October. The American agency Bloomberg reports this.
According to the publication, Russia will not be invited to this meeting. China’s involvement is also in doubt.
Bloomberg claims that the meeting will be held by analogy with the negotiations on Ukraine in Copenhagen and Jeddah, at which the so-called “Zelensky formula” was discussed, which Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov called completely unrealizable.
At this “important” meeting, the “Zelensky theorem” will probably be presented.
