‘Ukraine is losing to Russia at the strategic level’ – former presidential office advisor Arestovich says

Ukraine is losing to Russia at the strategic level.

This statement was made by former presidential office advisor Alexey Arestovich.

According to him, Russia has mobilized its industry and established grey schemes for the delivery of imported components for military production, while there has been no industrial mobilization in Ukraine.

“They [Russia] are stealing 80%, but they have fine-tuned the grey schemes, they have income from oil that they cannot interrupt, they have dual-use equipment, they have mobilized the military-industrial complex and are benefiting from their natural advantages, including the interest of our allies. And we have not made our decisions, we don’t want to,” said the former presidential office advisor.

“We have complete discord, chaos, and theft, while they are making quality decisions. And we will have to deal with the consequences of that. Now, consider this in the context of the cessation of Western aid, and you can imagine how tough this winter will be,” Arestovich added.

According to the former presidential office advisor, Ukraine has been losing at the strategic level for the past eight months.

It’s worth noting that Arestovich left the presidential office eight and a half months ago.
