Ukraine will present the U.S. with a list of targets in Russia that it can strike with long-range weapons — Politico

Ukraine will present a list of targets on Russian territory to the U.S. administration under President Joe Biden, which it could strike if given permission to use long-range weapons.

This is reported by Politico citing sources.

This will be another attempt by Kyiv to convince Washington to lift the current restrictions.

The list of targets will be brought to the U.S. by the head of the President’s Office, Andriy Yermak, and Defense Minister Rustem Umerov.

As a reminder, John Kirby, the White House National Security Council’s coordinator for strategic communications, mentioned that the U.S. administration is discussing with Ukrainian leadership the possibility of increasing the range of strikes with American weapons on Russian territory.
