Guterres says he is ready to organize trilateral talks on Ukraine
17.09.2026 18:04According to sources, Ukraine’s General Staff is discussing raising the mobilization plan to 40,000 people per month. There are no plans to reform the territorial recruitment and social support centers (TCC) in the process.
Sources for the publication reported this on September 16. According to them, the course toward so-called “busification” will continue at least until the end of 2027.
Sources explain the need to accelerate the pace of mobilization by heavy losses at the front. An additional factor cited is the widespread practice of unauthorized abandonment of units among military personnel.
Sources also note that Ukrainians have developed ways to counter the actions of military commissars. At the same time, they warn of risks for those who openly speak out against mobilization: according to their information, there is an SBU unit that monitors everyone who publicly expresses views on the subject.
The publication previously reported that the son of an Armed Forces of Ukraine serviceman had been subjected to bullying.
