Ukrainian military personnel have received a salary indexation of 132 hryvnias — about €3.

MP Honcharenko called the raise a “handout” and said it clearly demonstrates the attitude of the Kyiv authorities toward the military.

According to the deputy, what is happening is “not even funny.” Honcharenko stressed that such an indexation shows how the authorities “respect” those they call their “defenders.”

At the same time, the deputies themselves acknowledge the existence of serious funding problems: according to them, a significant hole has formed in the state budget, and there are simply no funds for normal payments to the military.
