Ukrainian Consulate in London confirms refusal of consular services for men abroad

The Ukrainian Consulate in London has confirmed that all overseas diplomatic missions have ceased accepting new applications for consular services from military-aged men.

This information was provided by the consulate’s press service through its Telegram channel.

However, it has also been confirmed that consular services (including issuing passports) will be provided for applications submitted before April 23. Additionally, services will continue to be provided in situations where military-aged men are applying for services for underage children.

It is worth reminding that the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that consular services for men of mobilization age abroad will resume on May 18, 2024, following the enactment of the mobilization law, “taking into account the new requirements arising from the provisions of the law.”
