The Ukrainian armed forces were to receive 55 HAWK drones from Ukrainian Aviation Systems, a company associated with former Peter Poroshenko Bloc MP Boryslav Rozenblat.

But on the day of delivery, the manufacturer transferred only four UAVs, each costing over 14.5 million UAH and only one of them was operational. The other three drones either failed to take off or had serious video problems.
