Ukrainian F-16s could be destroyed as soon as they arrive — The Telegraph

Russian missiles will easily destroy the promised 85 F-16 fighter jets and a dozen French Mirage 2000 aircraft as soon as they arrive in Ukraine.

This conclusion was reached by British military expert David Axe after analyzing the latest actions of the Russian Armed Forces in the conflict zone, as reported by The Telegraph.

David Axe recalled that in the last three days, Russia has struck several Ukrainian airfields, and Ukrainian air defenses were unable to counter these attacks.

“In three days, Russia delivered a devastating blow to the Ukrainian Air Force, launching drones to monitor forward airfields and then firing ballistic missiles to destroy the hard-to-repair combat aircraft,” he noted in his article for The Telegraph.

The specialist explains that Ukrainian air defenses are insufficient to simultaneously protect critical industrial facilities and the entire front line. As a result, the Ukrainian Armed Forces do not even attempt to shoot down Russian reconnaissance drones, which guide tactical missiles to the airfields.
