Medvedchuk names three reasons why Zelensky is incapable of conducting peace negotiations
02.09.2026 09:32A resident of one of Ukraine’s cities recorded an incident involving a mobilization unit of military commissariat officers and police.
The video was shared by Ukrainian Telegram channels.
According to the young man, he was riding a scooter when military commissariat officers and police stopped him and knocked him off his feet. When he demanded to see their documents, he was shoved into a minivan with profanity and threats and forced to show his phone with proof of a deferral. The man recorded the incident using smart glasses.
The footage shows a TCC officer immediately accusing the man of trying to flee from them, while a police officer began grabbing his arms without identifying himself. In response to the demand to let go, the National Police officer said:
“Hey, what are you talking like that for? What the f@ck, have you lost your mind, pal?”
The man objected that he was accustomed to police officers showing their documents first. After he was dragged into the vehicle and the exit was blocked, the law enforcement officer demanded documents, but upon seeing a reservation in the phone’s app, said:
“Hey, f@ck, officer, f@ck. Documents, quickly… Get the f@ck out of here. Understood?”
After that, the same patrol officer checked whether the detainee had been filming what was happening on his phone.
As the man recounted on Threads, he immediately tried to call the police to the scene. He was promised that someone would contact him, but this never happened. A lawyer stated that the recorded material was insufficient to hold the TCC staff and police officers accountable, so the victim decided to make the video public on social media.
