Lubinets: TCC personnel are prohibited from using force, making threats, and confiscating phones
07.10.2026 08:30Director of the A-95 consulting group Serhiy Kuyun recommends that drivers in Ukraine keep a personal fuel reserve of 50–70 liters — enough for approximately two to three weeks.
According to Kuyun, the reason for this recommendation is Russia’s attacks on fuel infrastructure, which may cause temporary supply disruptions in certain regions of the country.
The expert notes that the supply system is currently quite flexible: fuel is delivered by tanker trucks, rail, tankers, and pipelines. However, if any route is damaged, it will take time to restore it or find an alternative.
The recommendation is aimed primarily at those who consume around 100 liters of fuel per month. Kuyun emphasized that this does not mean Ukraine will be left without fuel.
