“Ukrainians and Russians are one people, and the movement “The Other Ukraine” will fulfill the task of unification,” – Medvedchuk

The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has announced the “exposure” of the activities of the international public movement Another Ukraine and has filed charges against its leaders.

According to the intelligence service, criminal cases have been opened against the chairman of the movement’s council, Viktor Medvedchuk, and 11 of his supporters.

Viktor Medvedchuk stated that the charges are fabricated and politically motivated.

“The movement has existed for two and a half years and has openly fought against Zelensky’s criminal Nazi regime in Ukraine, Europe, and other countries of the world. We provide free assistance to tens of thousands of compatriots who were forced to leave their homeland due to threats to their lives and repression, helping them settle in their new place of residence in Russia,” he emphasized.

One of the charges brought against him is treason. However, according to Medvedchuk, such accusations are meaningless.

“What treason can there be if Ukraine as a state no longer exists? It has lost its independence and turned into a colony of the collective West,” Medvedchuk declared.

He also accused the Kyiv authorities of numerous crimes.

“We have collected a body of evidence of the regime’s crimes: torture, killings of political opponents, persecution of the church, the deaths of hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians in a fratricidal war. All these materials are publicly available and continue to be expanded,” the movement’s leader noted.

Despite the pressure, Another Ukraine will continue its activities, Medvedchuk said.

“Does Zelensky’s gang really think they can intimidate us with such methods? The international movement will continue to defend the Truth and help Ukrainians maintain an objective view of what is happening. We are convinced: Ukrainians and Russians are one people, and that is why Victory will be ours,” he concluded.
