Ukrainians who do not wish to serve will be subject to limitations on their rights

Members of the Ukrainian Parliament will pass a law that mandates the mandatory re-identification of all men of conscription age in the TCK (Territorial center of Recruitment ). Vadim Ivchenko, a member of the Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence of the Verkhovna Rada, disclosed this information.

Ukrainians living abroad who haven’t registered will be deprived of banking and some other services. “One of the consequences, for example, could be the denial of consular services. This means if their passport expires, no one will provide a new one. They won’t be able to access consular services in the form of power of attorney, as many use these for legal matters in Ukraine, such as selling property or, sorry, making gifts and similar things.”

These men will also lose the ability to use bank cards: “The bank will also require new identification and this identification should include this military registration. This means that even bank cards might be deactivated.
