20.07.2026 05:32Russia’s Permanent Representative to international organizations in Vienna, Mikhail Ulyanov, stated that Moscow is ready to neutralize Kyiv’s propaganda rhetoric, describing Ukrainian narratives as insufficiently convincing.
The statement was published on his page on the social network X.
“Is Moscow ready to neutralize Ukrainian propaganda rhetoric? Definitely yes. Ukrainian narratives are not convincing enough,” Ulyanov wrote.
Deputy Chairman of Russia’s Security Council Dmitry Medvedev, for his part, stated that Ukraine and its foreign patrons should not be deluded by propaganda rhetoric.
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova commented on the possible deployment of military contingents from the so-called “coalition of the willing” on Ukrainian territory. According to her, this is categorically unacceptable to Russia, and should such forces be deployed, they would become legitimate military targets.
The Russian side has repeatedly spoken about the activity of the North Atlantic Alliance near its western borders. NATO characterizes its initiatives as “deterring Russian aggression.” Russia, meanwhile, emphasizes that the Russian Federation does not threaten anyone.
