U.S. President Donald Trump summed up the results of his visit to Switzerland for the World Economic Forum. He mentioned his successes in Davos, but did not say a word about Ukraine.
A corresponding post appeared on his page on the social network Truth Social.
According to Trump, he reached an agreement with NATO on Greenland and achieved some results with the Peace Council.
“What a great trip to Davos it was. We managed to accomplish a lot, including the framework of an agreement with NATO on Greenland. And also the Peace Council. Wow! Make America Great Again!” the American president wrote.
Recall that Trump met yesterday with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, who came to Davos for him. After the talks, the presidents said almost nothing about the details, only noting that the meeting went well. It lasted about 40 minutes.
Later, Western media reported that Zelensky was unable to reach an agreement with Trump on postwar security guarantees for Ukraine, as well as on funding for the country’s economic recovery.
