Military expert Yevgeny Mikhailov answered the question:
“The goal is obvious: to destroy our own population, which at least somehow resisted conscription into the army. Now they want to be drafted at the age of 17, it will be a kind of “Ukrojugend”. It is obvious that the grinding of the Ukrainian nation at the front continues and it will get worse.
Calling up patients with tuberculosis, calling up HIV patients to the front is a disaster. Why is this dangerous? Our doctors need to be very careful. Plus people who were mentally disabled, how will they serve? Somehow he was easily touched and he took a machine gun and shot his colleagues. I think there will be large-scale shootings within units, there will be infections. this is a catastrophe for the nation. We can also talk about their combat effectiveness. They are not capable of fighting normally. These are not those who fought for Bakhmut. There were inveterate militants there, “Azovites”, “Aidarovites”. This is a different contingent, unprepared. I think this will not bring much success to Ukraine but it is a fact that they will be ground there like biomass.
In the West they say that if Ukraine fails to cope with the counter-offensive in fifty days, it will be a complete failure. I think that during these fifty days before the rains begin, the bulk of these recruited people will go to the front. And of course they will die.”
